    The Smart Home Solution for FS Heights is designed to integrate iot technology, enhance convenience, and create an energy-efficient living environment. This project focuses on implementing a seamless automation system that incorporates smart switches, VRF AC controllers, smart lighting, smart curtains, and PDLC films.

    • Seamless integration of smart switches, VRF AC controllers, lighting, curtains, and PDLC films.
    		 Personalized & Luxury Experience:
    • Customizable settings for lighting, temperature, and privacy. High-end smart curtains and mood-enhancing smart lighting.
    		 Energy Efficiency & Safety:
    • Advanced scheduling, motion sensors, and energy monitoring. Automation reduces risks of unattended appliances.

    Challenges

    		 Challenges include unreliable power sources affecting smart switch functionality, the lack of a reliable power supply for the PDLC film, and dust in the construction area, which complicates PDLC film installation. Furthermore, the curtain vendor has reported an inability to supply the required curtain tubes, causing additional delays. These issues necessitate a project rescheduling to address the constraints effectively.
